Wuhan Branch of National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences(Wuhan Documentation and Information Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences) ,takes international exchange activities as an important work of providing innovative service capabilities, and actively takes various measures to create a good environment for it .

2010,7 people visit the foreign countries, and they bring back a number of international experiences of advanced library services and strategic intelligence services, which can lay a good foundation for the future development and international talent training of the Wuhan Branch Library. People who have been trained as exchanged librarians and supported by the Scholarship have become heads in their respective areas. Through the host of and participation in international conferences, the international perspectives of young staff have been developed. Furthermore, the international communication skills have been enhanced. Our library has established good channels of communication and cooperation with foreign research teams, which has provided a broader and deeper development space and wonderful opportunities for Wuhan Branch Library.

Through the international exchange activities, the level of the Wuhan Branch Library in academic research and information and intelligence services has been greatly improved. Wuhan Branch Library has gradually become a world-class information services agency.
