As a representative of Library Society of China, the director of Wuhan Branch Library ,Yongheng Zhong attended the World Library and Information Congress: 77th IFLA General Conference and Council:"Libraries beyond libraries: Integration, Innovation and Information for all", which was held on 13-18 of August, 2011, in Sane Juan, Puerto Rico.

Yongheng Zhong , the director of Wuhan Branch Library, had been committed to participating in related activities in support of international organizations to expand the international exchanges, cooperation and international influence of Wuhan Branch Library.
